The condition of this sale is made upon the following terms and conditions:
- The purchase price of this Pit Bull of $_______________ is made under the following payment arrangement: _____________________________________________________

- The new owner will retain responsibility of completing all necessary registration information.
- Adequate and responsible confinement will be provided by seller escape, harassment by or possible injury to the general community and in order to assist in the positive promotion of the Pit Bull breed and it responsible ownership.
- Buyer agrees to provide adequate food, water, shelter, exercise, health care, and socialization. Enrollment into obedience training has been recommended to help the buyer in understanding effective means of communicating with this Pit Bull. Participation in the American Pit Bull Registry’s visual tracking authentication program microchipping, and or tattooing has been encouraged to help insure return to owner in the event of this Pit Bull becomes lost or stolen.
- Buyer agrees to first consult the seller on taking back this Pit Bull before taking it to a shelter, pound, rescue, or other animal welfare organization for turn-in with the understanding that such a return does not constitute refund in whole or part. Seller will help buyer with finding a new home for Pit Bull, if such a home is unable to be found in reasonable period of time seller and buyer will do their best to locate a no kill rescue of shelter who can accept this Pit Bull.
- Pit Bull will be vaccinated with a Spectra 7 vaccine combination of immunogenic, attenuated strains of Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus Type 2 (CAV-2), Canine Parainsluenza, and Canine Parvovirus Type 2b, propagated in cell line tissue cultures. The diluent is Canine Parovirus Vaccine-Leptospira Canicola-lcterohaemorrhagiae Bacterin. The CAV-2 fraction cross-protects against respiratory infection caused by infectious canine hepatitis (CAV-1). Vaccination of healthy, susceptible dogs as an aid in the reduction of diseases caused by canine distemper, canine adenovirus type 1 and 2, parainfluenza, parvovirus, Leptospira canicola, and L icterohaemorrhagiae. Pit Bull will also be dewormed with negative results.
- Buyer agrees to not use Pit Bull for illegal purposes.

Most veterinarians suggest beginning the vaccination series at 6 weeks of age. With the new vaccines available now, it should take three vaccinations spaced about 3 weeks apart to ensure vaccine success in most puppies. A convenient schedule is then 6, 9 and 12 weeks of age. While it may not be as necessary with the new vaccines, a cautious approach would be to vaccinate one more time at 16 weeks of age, too.
It is not unusual for puppies to get diarrhea when separated from their mother but if it continues, it is definitely a good idea to have the pup checked. There are some serious diseases that have diarrhea as a first or early sign and getting these treated early can make a big difference.
